We are seeking an inspirational Musical Director (to be appointed from 1st January, 2026)
This enthusiastic mixed voice choir of 35+ singers was formed in 1951. It has an excellent reputation and has previously toured extensively. It rehearses on Monday evenings and has an exciting and varied repertoire with composers including Vaughan Williams, Copland, Shearing, Rutter, Lauridsen and Arnesen.
The new Musical Director would be expected to develop a challenging and interesting programme of music.
The Choir is very experienced and this could be the perfect opportunity for the right applicant to develop their conducting skills.
